We ordered a new bedframe to go with our new mattress and finally set everything up this weekend 7-19-25. This mattress is AMAZING!!! I thought we were going to be sad getting rid of our old mattress of 25 years because it was so comfortable, but we were wrong. This mattress forms to your body and feels like it hugs you. It's soft but not too soft which makes it even more comfortable. If it was up to me, I would stay in bed all the time. This last 2 nights that we have slept in our new bed has been the best. We actually feel rested, and our bodies don't hurt. We always felt sore or/and always tired on our old mattress. I just can't say enough about our decision. Yes, it's expensive but well worth the expense. We would recommend this mattress to anyone that is having a hard time sleeping at night.

Replaced a mattress that was already hurting my wife's back after four years. She sleeps on her side, and she's delighted with her first night on the Stearns. Her back felt better as soon as she lay down. No complaints.

Mattress Top Stitching Coming Undone

Purchased a queen Studio which was delivered the end of March 2023. For comfort, it is fine; HOWEVER, do not believe the marketing hype about the craftsmanship. I recently noticed the stitching on the mattress top coming completely undone at two opposite corners. There is nothing touching these corners which are covered not only by the mattress pad, but also by a 2-inch topper. I am the only user-an 80 yo slender female who literally sleeps on only 20% of the mattress. I purchased it from MattressFirm; their online claim is a joke-one has to undo the entire bed and frame. It is, at this juncture in my life, an unsuitable product.

We have been sleeping on this bed for 3 weeks. There has been no "adjustment time" needed with this mattress. I have slept soundly and have not felt or heard my partner move at all. My partner likes mattresses softer than I do but this mattress has been perfect for both of us.

We have owned this mattress for 5 years, it has been replaced twice through warranty for such bad body indentations, and the worst sleep due to this. You need to go through your retailer for warranty claims, and living in a small town it's embarassing to complain yet again for a 3rd time. We will never buy stearns and foster again.
Customer service via email won't help. Advised us to return to our retailer for assistance.

I bought this mattress at Ashley's in Avondale, AZ.
I'm sure I received a defective mattress!!!
I'm sure the springs in the mattress were not properly covered or padded or whatever is done to prevent the springs from being felt.
I can feel the springs poking me.
Stearns and Foster has lost its quality and Ashley's furniture has the worst customer service!

We bought this mattress to replace our guestroom mattress. We wanted something that worked for our parents when they visit. Everyone has raved about this mattress! I would absolutely consider this again when we look to replace other mattresses in our home. Lawrence in the Conshohocken store was super helpful and knowledgeable and delivery was quick and easy!

Don't remember which style or model we bought; I had to pick one to leave a review. When we finally had to give up our waterbed, I knew I'd never find a comfortable traditional bed. In the showroom, the stunning gold design on the mattress drew my attention. No lie-as soon as I lay on it I said "This is the one I want." Never even tried another bed. Still as happy with it today. You aren't just buying a bed; you're investing in years of comfortable sleeping. Can't wait to get home from a trip so I can sleep again.
